1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Tremvio websites, product accounts, document-processing workflows, support conversations, and billing interactions related to Tremvio.

Tremvio is document-processing software. It is not a professional advisory service or a regulated institution.

2. Information Tremvio collects

Information you provide directly

  • Account details such as name, email address, password, organization name, and login credentials.
  • Documents and extracted table data that you upload, review, export, or otherwise process through the service.
  • Support communications, feedback, and information you include in messages sent to Tremvio.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical and device information such as browser type, operating system, approximate region, IP address, and diagnostic logs.
  • Usage data such as pages visited, product interactions, feature usage, session activity, and timestamps.

Billing information

  • Billing contact data and transaction metadata needed to manage purchases, renewals, receipts, taxes, fraud checks, and refunds.
  • Payment card processing is handled by Tremvio's billing provider. Tremvio does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

3. How Tremvio uses personal data

  • To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
  • To process uploaded documents and generate structured outputs requested by users.
  • To authenticate users, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, and enforce platform rules.
  • To respond to support, billing, privacy, and security requests.
  • To send service messages such as account notices, billing notices, policy updates, and operational alerts.
  • To measure performance, debug errors, and improve product quality.

4. Legal bases for processing

Depending on your location, Tremvio may process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the service you request and manage your account or subscription.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent abuse, improve the product, and respond to operational issues.
  • Consent: where consent is required, for example for optional marketing or certain cookie-related functions.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with tax, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, and legal compliance duties.

5. How Tremvio shares personal data

Tremvio may share personal data with:

  • Infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, security, and support providers that help operate the service.
  • A billing provider that handles payment processing, receipts, taxes, and related billing operations for Tremvio.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and platform safety.
  • A buyer, successor, or acquirer in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Tremvio does not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of selling customer information for money.

6. Where data is stored

Tremvio stores website, account, support, and product data using cloud infrastructure and service providers selected to operate the service. Uploaded files, extracted table outputs, account records, and support messages may be stored in application databases, object storage, logs, backups, or helpdesk systems used by Tremvio and its providers.

Storage location can vary by environment, feature, and provider region. If a customer needs more detail about storage categories or current provider regions for due-diligence purposes, Tremvio can provide additional information on request.

7. International transfers

Tremvio and its service providers may process data in multiple countries. When personal data is transferred across borders, Tremvio aims to use lawful transfer mechanisms and reasonable contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards appropriate to the circumstances.

8. Data retention

Tremvio retains personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform.

  • Account and billing records may be retained for compliance, tax, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping purposes.
  • Uploaded files and extracted outputs may be retained until deleted by the user, removed under product retention settings, or deleted following a verified request, subject to backups and legal obligations.
  • Support and security records may be retained as needed to document incidents, resolve disputes, and improve service reliability.

9. Deletion requests and account closure

To request deletion of account data, uploaded files, or extracted outputs, email support@tremvio.com from the account address or otherwise provide enough information for Tremvio to verify the request.

After a verified request, Tremvio aims to delete or de-identify the requested data within a reasonable period, except where retention is still required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, backups, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.

Closing an account may not immediately remove all records from backup systems or billing records that must be retained for compliance purposes, but active access to the service can be disabled sooner.

10. Subprocessors and service providers

Tremvio uses third-party providers to operate the service. Current examples include:

  • A billing provider for checkout, payment processing, taxes, receipts, and certain billing operations.
  • Website hosting, storage, email, monitoring, and support providers as reasonably needed to run the public site and customer communications.
  • Additional product hosting, storage, backup, and incident-response providers as reasonably needed to run the logged-in service.

A public summary is available on the Subprocessors and service providers page. Customers can also request the current vendor list through support@tremvio.com.

11. Security

Tremvio uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, and Tremvio cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for notifying Tremvio promptly if they believe their account has been compromised.

12. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, export of, deletion of, or restriction of personal data, and to object to certain processing activities.

To submit a privacy request, email support@tremvio.com. Tremvio may ask for information needed to verify the request before acting on it.

13. Children

Tremvio is not directed to children and is not intended for use by individuals who are not legally able to form a binding contract under applicable law.

14. Changes to this policy

Tremvio may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. If material changes are made, Tremvio may provide notice through the website, product, or account email where appropriate.

15. Contact

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@tremvio.com.
